The world was under control by a "SuperPower". According to a
report which published in 2015 by the USA scientists, within a short time a
large part of the coastline will be under water. That is why the buildings
which constructed to the coastlines were built up on the higher columns and with
deeper foundations. In 2025, a disease
appeared which transmitted by water. This disease created complications
in the brain cells. People, who got ill, cannot control their will. If you had any physical connection with water
without distillation the virus automatically absorbs the water.
There are three
items can be found in nature which cannot be oxidized. Those are gold and
platinum and silver. Because of silver is the least-cost one in the first 50
meters the foundation are used silver-plated.
The world is warming due to the greenhouse effect. The
windows will be smaller cooling systems will be stronger.
In the buildings as a source of energy, the wave energy, the
solar energy and the wind energy is being used. The upper floors of the
buildings are being used as farmlands. They are doing agriculture with
artificial soil. Also each living unit has their agricultural fields.
This is the wave energy generating unit. The part in the underwater is collecting the wave energy without any direct contact with the water.

There are areas to raise animals in the buildings. They
are using artificial sunlight for animals. All transportation devices started
to run with electiricity like helicopters and zeppelins. Becauseof the
ecosystem finished, there is no oil anymore. Only farm animals taken into the
building. If one day the world returns to normal they took some DNA samples from
the animals to be able to reproduce again.
The poor segments of people because of the buildings and
the security system is highly coast they cannot afford it and they could not be
saved. Only some strong and non-disased
poor people started to work in the buildings as a farmer and works like that.

The only permission is to the people who come to collect the resources or the
special officer to conduct research. When they returned to the building from
outside world, they have to be health checked to enter the main building area.
