In January 2014, virus called Pithovirus Sibericum had been found. This virus has firstly spreaded in Russia and China by water. When the virus had reached to India, effects are started to observe in China. The viral affects hide itself in the brain then it broke immune system. With the help of mutation that the virus gets through, body loses its five senses. Government of the Far East countries had fall because of the virus spread pace. Virus had spread to America whit airplane transportation. Soon people had started to be infected. That means they couldn't prevent virus to be spreaded. From India virus had reached to Middle East. Because of that, oil resources had become out of control.
Because of the infected workers, production had decreased. So that nutrition stocks had decreased. Civil wars had begun because of the lack of nutrition and uninfected water. Uninfected people wanted to create communes for their selves. Virus had spread quickly because it is a sea city. At the top floor of the main building, there is a greenhouse. In the building which has sustainable system, agriculture will occur without using soil. This hydroponic system works with the water which is provided from sea and rain water. Meat production process goes with cell production technique. There is no animal living in the building. There is a meat production and nutrition sterilization process in the first and second floor of the skyscrapers which is located on the main building. Bottom floor of the skyscrapers are belongs to farmers and cleaners. They will share same room and toilet with four people. Upper floors are belongs to white-collar people. They have private rooms and toilets. Person who has higher social statue is living upper floor than the person who has lower social statue.
At the top floor there is a rain water collector and purification facility. Waste water plant, sea water collector and security units are in the same floor. The materials provided from the purification are used for producing bio- energy. Bio-energy creates methane gas which is used for heating and producing electricity. Other electricity resources are wave farms that built in sea and solar panels. Also there is energy producing system like cycling machines that used in gyms.
Demographic decrease is limited. Each family can have just one child. Extra taxes are required for additional children. There isn't a written law. There is an organization that responsible for benefit of community. Extraordinary behaviors are punished by this organization. Punishment of murder and theft is being shootout from the community. Therefore old buildings will get damage and collapsed in near future. Wild animal will start to live around the cities again like centuries ago. Therefore outsider people will have challenge with the wild animals.
