Master plan 2

In the first picture you will see the area separation with the domes. In the second picture the function of this structure is located. From the top left to right; retired people and waste-to- energy production , health, space, water collection and farming area, rain water collection and purification centers and the entrance and the exit of the main building, which provided by 2 buildings and wave energy collection center, various technical centers . At the bottom row from left to right; solar panels and waste material recycling center, meat production farms and laboratories, a training center. Each dome has a door at the entrance. The door is shutting down immediately in any danger so the danger is staying in the dome. Between the center domes they are using the transportation vehicles such as bicycles but usually not needed. 

Pink places are housing just for the employees who works in that area. The yellow areas are for entertainment purposes; gym, theater, etc.

The basic shape of the buildings will be geodesic domes and they will be above the ground. They will connected to each other with plus 15s.

And the dome itself took it shape from a bug called Stenocara. This bug lives in the deserts and collect water from humidity and the wind. The dome has same kind of facade in some parts to collect water. And at the back of this part, there is a life saver system to purify the water.

mainstream lifestyles	Currently all people in pursuit of making money. In order to survive, they have to buy their needs with money.	To be included in the system they have to have professions. They are gaining credits by working. There is no money.

education & culture	There are 7 universities, the most reliable high schools in Izmir. Those are creates a dynamism in the city with its population and requirements like entertainment, accommodation environment etc. Resource: Izmir development agency report (2004)	There will be no university. The people will educated by elders. So, there will be the apprenticeship. Until the age of 12, people get basic education.
leisure & spiritual needs	1782 Mosques, 14 Churches and 10 synagogues available. There are still wars because of the conflicts.	There will be no change in religions. However, they will be less important than nowadays.
law and order	Turkey is managed according to the 1981 Constitution. Constitution, parliament and president in the form of a separation of powers system are adopted.	There is an organization that responsible for benefit of community. Extraordinary behaviours are punished by this organization.

energy supply & use	Direct applications of geothermal energy can involve a wide variety of end uses, such as space heating and cooling, industry, greenhouses, fish farming, and health spas.	Pelamis Wave Power, waste water bioenergy, sun panels.
material resources	In the port of Izmir, the most exported materials are iron and steel.	Some teams go to the outside is collecting materials. They will be become amorphous or used directly.
manufacture systems	Machinery mass production system. In some segments there is robot technology in use. Administration theories being used for efficiency.	Completely robot force with nano technology for mass production. 3D printers. Source: Tübitak website, article.
construction technologies	The most common one is reinforced concrete applies. Previously it was wooden work. In countryside load bearing stone works are also common tech.	Mostly steal structure. The skyscrapers are common.
communication & transport means	There are individual car. Bicycle usage is low. For public transport we are using mostly the ferry and bus. Internet usage is so high.	To leave the area is prohibited. That's why no car usage. No oil. Electric vehicles. No usage of Internet. Radio waves.
food production & distribution	No agricultural food products grown in Balçova.	Agriculture will occur with hydroponic system. Meat production process goes with cell production technique.
entertainment	Now there are movie theatres, sport centres, art galleries, concert halls. Being an artist, a musician or an athlete is a profession.	There are people who have both hobby and profession. They will order the theatres, concerts, sports etc.

climate regime	Mediterranean climate. Max 10 days mines degrees temperature. More than 100days above +30 temperatures. Almost no snow. Prevailing wind is west wind because of the temperature difference between land and sea.  source: Gazi University researches	Petroleum products cannot be used. This help to slow down global warming and it will stop.
air pollution	Especially in winter time it becomes to a danger for human health. Because of; Industrial zones especially Aliağa industry zone (wind), energy use for heating, cars. source: TMMOB Makina Mühendisleri Odası researches	Air is cleaned. No usage of oil. Electricity is being used for the handling and transport equipment. No individual car.
water availability	Utility water; Turkey is arid country. Izmir has more rainfall than the Turkey's average but average of the utility water per person is very low than the country's average. Reason is lack of management of waste water. waste & sewage treatment	Marine pollution creates an extremely bad odor. Until 2005, entered into a cleansing action if the case is still unsolved. The direct release of sewage and waste into the sea is still in question.	Toilet waste is cleaning with life saver system. The agricultural field are used the clean water.
flora & fauna status	Striking species include the adorable Pelican, the graceful flamingo, the aerodynamic stork, intelligent Kestrel and the curious Kingfisher. Ten percent of the world's flamingos are in the Izmir bird paradise.	A typical Mediterranean climate, increasing the spread of scrub vegetation within the city which this wild vegetation is observed. Wild animals and stray pets increased their number enough to threaten human life.
life cycle	There is no limit for the birth rate.	Demographic decrease is limited. Each family can have just one child.

THE NEW WORLD

In January 2014, virus called Pithovirus Sibericum had been found. This virus has firstly spreaded in Russia and China by water. When the virus had reached to India, effects are started to observe in China. The viral affects hide itself in the brain then it broke immune system. With the help of mutation that the virus gets through, body loses its five senses. Government of the Far East countries had fall because of the virus spread pace. Virus had spread to America whit airplane transportation. Soon people had started to be infected. That means they couldn't prevent virus to be spreaded. From India virus had reached to Middle East. Because of that, oil resources had become out of control.

Because of the infected workers, production had decreased. So that nutrition stocks had decreased. Civil wars had begun because of the lack of nutrition and uninfected water. Uninfected people wanted to create communes for their selves. Virus had spread quickly because it is a sea city. Therefore, Konak, Alsancak, Karşıyaka have high density in terms of infected people population. So, people want to construct an isolated city, which is easy to access from land and sea, to Uckuyular district.

 In the Health Centers which is founded around Izmir uninfected people are recorded. Their profession and criminal background also recorded. Architecture, farming, engineering are the most needed ones. People who work in banks, call centers and truism industry are not useful work force anymore, because money is not valuable. All businesses are in control by huge monopoles. In trade, people use credit cards like "kentkart". People gains own credits by trading.  

 Building will start with a center which is elevated with the high columns. Security and sterilization facilities will be located in firs floor. Penetration to building will be controlled by the security guards. Only selected people will be allowed to get out from the building. At second floor there will be entertainment and recreation areas like theatre, library, sport facilities and education facilities. Until the age of 12, people get basic education. Between the age of 12- 16, people get professional education. According to the skills which are recorded while the basic education, they will be oriented to a profession. After the age of 16, they will be recorded to system as workers.

 At the top floor of the main building, there is a greenhouse. In the building which has sustainable system, agriculture will occur without using soil. This hydroponic system works with the water which is provided from sea and rain water. Meat production process goes with cell production technique. There is no animal living in the building. There is a meat production and nutrition sterilization process in the first and second floor of the skyscrapers which is located on the main building. Bottom floor of the skyscrapers are belongs to farmers and cleaners. They will share same room and toilet with four people. Upper floors are belongs to white-collar people. They have private rooms and toilets. Person who has higher social statue is living upper floor than the person who has lower social statue.  

 At the top floor there is a rain water collector and purification facility. Waste water plant, sea water collector and security units are in the same floor. The materials provided from the purification are used for producing bio- energy. Bio-energy creates methane gas which is used for heating and producing electricity. Other electricity resources are wave farms that built in sea and solar panels. Also there is energy producing system like cycling machines that used in gyms.  

 Demographic decrease is limited. Each family can have just one child. Extra taxes are required for additional children. There isn't a written law. There is an organization that responsible for benefit of community. Extraordinary behaviors are punished by this organization. Punishment of murder and theft is being shootout from the community. Punishment of lower crimes is reduced statue. The dead are thrown out of the building by the officers who to gather resources.

 Global warming is getting slower because oil and outcomes of it is not being produced anymore. Therefore in 2054, air temperature average will be reduced 1-2 degrees. This situation takes away the change of sea level rise. Flora is Mediterranean flora. In cities, flora will grow quickly because there is no human control on nature anymore. Therefore old buildings will get damage and collapsed in near future.  Wild animal will start to live around the cities again like centuries ago. Therefore outsider people will have challenge with the wild animals.
